Job Responsibilities:
- To achieve company sales target.
- Responsible to work with key merchants and business partners.
- Responsible to recruit and grow new merchant base.
- Perform market research to assess viability of potential new products and competitors analysis.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Ensure risk assessment, analysis and control are identified and adhered.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Possess own transport.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Working location based at Sibu Branch.
