RESPONSIBILITY:
- PROVIDE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SUCH AS ANSWERING PHONE, MANAGING CORRESPONDENCE AND MAINTAINING FILING SYSTEMS.
- ASSISTING IN DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS.
- PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO ENSURE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE OFFICE.
- PERFORM A VARIETY OF CLERICAL DUTIES.
- WORK CLOSELY WITH PROCUREMENT/LOGISTIC TEAM ON ADHOC TASKS & DOCUMENTATION.
