Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional who provides administrative support to executives and senior management. The administrative assistant will handle various tasks, such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, facilitating the expense reimbursement of the General Managers, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal and external clients
- Support the employees by facilitating expense reimbursements
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
