What you'll do:
- Expense report management for the team leaders through our ERP Netsuite
- Calendar management
- Take meeting minutes/ action items for team meetings and coordinate objectives
- Organise team events/ meetings/ lunches as required
- Support logistical needs of the marketing team (preparation of physical or virtual events/ conferences)
- Liaise with conference vendors, ensure booths are set up appropriately
- Order and coordinate any marketing collateral required for events/ conferences
- Ensure CRM/ERP (hubspot) data is up to date and correct
- Other ad hoc duties as required
