- In charge of overall management of marketing channels: In-app, CRM, social media, activations, restaurant marketing, and rider marketing.
- Function as the channel owner in charge of calendar management, analysis, and stakeholder management in ensuring channels are utilized effectively across various campaigns..
- Assist in planning & developing a monthly/quarterly strategy and campaign framework for your channels with the vertical managers and third-party agencies.
- Execute campaigns by working with internal stakeholders (local and regional) and third-party agencies.
- Develop & request all communication assets in coordination with the regional creatives and content teams.
- Assist in plotting the campaign communications calendar specifically for social media, in-app and CRM, in coordination with the respective campaign managers.
- Closely monitor campaign performance against OKRs, recommending step changes and enhancements as needed.
