Sales Manager - Broking leads and manages the broking sales team. The role to drive growth and achieve sales targets and involves setting strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional results with excellent client service.
Job Description
- To assist the HOD in overall insurance broking business with main focus on business development and client servicing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Responsible in marketing plans, contacting potential clients, assessing customer needs, providing appropriate insurance plans and maintaining proper records.
- Work closely with insurance partners to source for suitable quotations and/or programs for clients.
- To ensure all clients insurance portfolios under purview are conducted in an effective manner.
- Manage and assist clients in claims management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Business Development or Account Management within Insurance Broking Industry
- Strong knowledge in insurance product, especially in commercial insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
- Good business acumen, high independent and result oriented.
- Preferably with relevant experience in Insurance Brokers.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South.
