We are looking for a Chinese-speaking recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on mass hiring. You’ll handle sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, ensuring timely hiring for large-scale recruitment projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Post jobs, source candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track recruitment activities and report progress to clients.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
