Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chinese-speaking recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on mass hiring. You’ll handle sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, ensuring timely hiring for large-scale recruitment projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Post jobs, source candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track recruitment activities and report progress to clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
