Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
- Maximize effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes to clients.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.
- Updates self with existing and upcoming construction projects; analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
- Ensures that all accounts in his/her areas are secured with proper credit
recommendations; gives price quotations according to the given range/limit. - Monitors the flow of sales operations in every customer – from sales ordering to delivery.
- Takes charge of the collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices
and delivery receipts. - Responsible to monitor Sika products handled by distributors and customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage of Sika products.
- Adheres to the Sika Philippines, Inc.’s established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy.
- Actively participates in all Sika Philippines, Inc.’s projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.
- Ensures that the Quality and Environmental Management System is understood.
- Ensures that all operating standards are adhered at all times.
- Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.
- Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
