Job Responsibilities:-
- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Address customer complaints, follow up on issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree holder
- At least 1 year experience in call center (inbound/outbound)
- Able to work in shifts
- Excellent communication in English & Bahasa
