Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints with a professional and empathetic attitude.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
