Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys.
• Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints with a professional and empathetic attitude.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
