About the Role
As a Head of Design or Head, Product Design, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product design team. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry.
Requirements
- Mastered all aspects of the product design, such as crafting, pitching, managing, operations. Able to be hands on too when needed.
- Able to lead on project level, product level and organisation level.
- Solid experience to lead and inspire a diverse team of product designers, UX writers and researchers.
- Mentoring, coaching team to bring out the best in them.
- Be responsible not just on product design but for every customer touchpoint: OOH, key visuals.. etc.
- Build rapport with every product owners within the organisation. Plus non product areas such as legal, compliance. Able to resolve issues and nuances of day to day business challenges.
- Able to navigate ambiguity, solve difficult problems, finding solutions, and providing an actionable plan.
Qualifications
- At least 20 years of experience in the design industry.
- Previous experience of contributing to high impact project in the company.
