About the Role:
As a B2B Digital Marketer, you’ll be a key player in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the company's brand and drive ticket sales. Your goal will be to generate high-quality leads through creative, data-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies (40%)
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase ticket sales, while ensuring alignment with the brand.
- Regularly analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize results and meet key performance metrics.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights through comprehensive market research to inform and improve marketing efforts.
2. Content Creation and Management (30%)
- Develop high-quality content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and blog posts to attract and engage potential leads.
- Ensure all content supports the broader marketing strategy and contributes to key metrics, such as lead generation and attendee conversion.
- Work with team members to execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
3. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement (30%)
- Regularly monitor campaign performance using various analytics tools, assessing the impact of marketing activities on the North Star Metric and its drivers.
- Use data insights to continually refine and improve marketing tactics, focusing on achieving better engagement and lead quality.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new marketing opportunities and adapt strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Must-Have:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with successful campaign management.
- Proficiency with WordPress, HubSpot, and Slack.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management.
- Strong copywriting skills and SEO knowledge.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Our Recruitment Process:
1. Application
You will submit your initial requirements (personal information, resume, etc.) through our job portal, where we'll collect key information about your work experience, skills, and qualifications.
2. Pre-Screening
If you're shortlisted, you'll complete a pre-screening by recording your responses to a few questions via audio or video. We'll use this to get a sense of your motivation, energy, and overall fit for the role.
3. Top-Grading Interview
Next, you will participate in a Top-Grading Interview with one of our recruiters. We’ll dive into your past experiences, strengths, challenges, and work history to understand how you might perform in future roles. Additionally, we will ask you to submit a short video recording, following our provided guidelines, which will be shared with the client as part of your endorsement.
4. Skills Assessment
After the interview, you will complete a skills assessment, which could involve practical tasks, technical tests, or situational exercises to show how you would handle scenarios related to the job.
5. Client Interview
If you pass the skills assessment, you’ll have a final interview with the hiring client. This is where you’ll discuss the role’s responsibilities, expectations, and how you would fit into their team.
6. Job Offer
If selected, you will receive a formal job offer that includes all the details, such as salary, benefits, and your start dat

Once you accept the offer, you’ll begin our onboarding process, which includes training and orientation to get you fully prepared for your new role.
