The role
This is a mid-senior role, you’ll work closely with the design manager, product manager to research, understand user needs and explore and design solutions with wireframes, flows and mockups to build prototypes. Subsequently with product market fit, shift towards hi-fidelity designs to build a functional product with the engineering team.
You'll drive projects big and small, assess problems, take ownership, find solutions, and see things through to delivery with autonomy. You'll communicate clearly with your colleagues and lend a helping hand when needed.
Requirements
- A solid understanding of design craft, design principles and how to evaluate design success.
- A good communicator, as you’ll be in a cross functional team.
- Well verse in tools like Adobe suite, Figma, plus be able to pick up new tools if it necessary to get the job done.
- Have previously shipped product.
- Knowledge of the guidelines and standards for creating desktop, web and mobile based applications.
- Design system and their implementation, to ensure consistency across products/brand.
- Appreciation of UX, interaction, animation and motion design and how this can applied to enhance the overall experience.
- Able to adapt and iterate designs based on new user insights, scope changes, or technical limitations.
Qualifications
- 4+ year's experience in product design.
- Have a portfolio to showcase work.
