Work Arrangement: Fully remote, PST working hours

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Up to $1,600 per month, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM or potentially moving to EST depending on the market response.

About the Company:

Client is an innovative healthcare technology company that uses advanced AI to automate the creation of electronic medical records. Their mission is to streamline medical documentation, helping healthcare providers focus more on patient care. By leveraging AI algorithms, they ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping, improving both provider workflows and patient outcomes.

Role Overview:

This role involves being the main point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and gathering essential information. Responsibilities also include inputting client data into CRM systems, keeping records up to date, and providing client support and follow-up to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues or concerns.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, directly improving their experience with our platform. Your work will contribute to efficient data management and client satisfaction, supporting the company’s goal of enhancing healthcare through AI-driven technology.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process.
  • Collect and organize essential client information, setting up accounts and ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
  • Conduct training sessions on platform usage, ensuring clients are comfortable and well-informed.

2. Data Collection & CRM Management

  • Input and maintain accurate client data in the CRM, ensuring records are always up to date.
  • Organize and manage client records for easy accessibility and efficient follow-up.
  • Regularly update CRM entries with new information and ensure data accuracy.

3. Client Support & Follow-Up

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide solutions during the onboarding phase.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure they are properly using the platform and resolve any concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.

Must-Have:

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in speech pathology or experience with intake assessments for mental health or ABA therapy.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or CRM tools.
  • Experience in data entry and handling customer inquiries.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Competitive Salary: Up to $1,600 per month, based on experience and skills
