JOB SCOPE
- Installation, repair and maintenance of all plant facility.
- Preparation, drawing, review and safekeeping of Corporate Building Plans, Blue Prints, AutoCAD as-built layout designs
- Responsible for the qualification and validation of new and existing facility
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and Maintenance: Design and maintain structural systems such as foundations, walls, roofs and other related structures.
- Inspection and Assessment: Regularly inspect buildings and facilities to identify issues related to structural integrity and safety.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive procedures to ensure the longevity and reliability of building infrastructures.
- Project Management: Plan and coordinate construction projects, including renovations and refurbishments, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordination: Work with external contractors and internal teams to manage repairs and maintenance activities.
- Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with local government regulations.
- Energy Management: Monitor and manage efforts to reduce energy consumptions and costs.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, incidents, inventory of building components and equipment.
- Emergency response: Address emergency issues promptly and coordinate swift responses to minimize downtime
