As Tooling Equipment Engineer, you will analyze all breakdown issue specially jigs related, review of jigs performance for new technology ASL and AFL 4G (BDO, Availability & PM Efficiency. ) and support the following activities; Yield control activities (SPC), Process excellence activities (Pitstop/SGA Project) and Item qualification ( IMQF/RMMU ). And supports the establishment of in-house machine.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the establishment of In-house machine shop
- In charge in New Technology specifically in tooling related issues.
- Leads the sustenance pertaining for in-house mechanical repair and new technology
- Creation of Jigs & Fixture Sustenance Documentation - ( New and Revised)
- Plan and control all on going and incoming new technology activities
- Calculation of additional required head count
- Facilitate & Support Cost reduction, capacity and Yield Improvement
- Creates Tooling Breakdown Analysis
- Creation and review of Tooling (BDO, Availability & PM Efficiency)
- Recommend improvements for tooling’s based on failure analysis
- Develop new techniques to streamline characterization process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
