Responsibilities:
- Manage transport operations (inbound/outbound) for bulk and packaged goods using various transportation modes.
- Evaluate, monitor, and improve performance of 3rd party service providers; manage non-conformance issues and support service provider selection.
- Optimize transportation processes based on market research and customer feedback to meet business needs.
- Coordinate vehicle placements and track product deliveries, ensuring timely customer delivery.
- Ensure transportation safety, manage insurance claims, and recovery processes.
- Evaluate service provider performance monthly in alignment with company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistic/ Transportation Management or related field preferred.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in transport operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
- SAP knowledge (Order to Cash/Transport Management) is an advantage.
- Experience in the chemical industry and 3rd party logistics (3PL) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
