Personal Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities
- Provide efficient day to day secretarial and administrative support to CEO
- Manage and maintain properties. Have to deal with property agents, vendors and contractors
- Administrative and HR duties and support
- Handle all secretarial duties including making appointments, travel and accommodation arrangement e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, arrange and co-ordinate business schedule/events, company event or social functions
- Schedule and arrange meeting, prepare letters, minutes of meeting, presentation material and follow up with necessary actions
- Responsible on payment settlement of CEO's bills and claims and office condition
- Vehicle fleet management including managing drivers and cars
- Handle private and confidential matters and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates
- Handle multiple tasks, well organize, detailed-oriented and high commitment to meet deadlines
- Basic book keeping is required
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc administrative job assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in relevant field
- Computer literate
- Good time management, driven to get job done & proactive
- Good command in English both written and verbal
- Confident personality
- Able to work independently
- At least 8 years' of Personal Assistant to Top Management experience
- Experience with managing share trading account will be highly advantageous.
