Payroll Outsourcing Service
- Administer the multiple clients’ monthly payroll cycle.
- Manage and calculate, taxes, mandatory contribution, bonus, commissions, leaves, claims/expense management and reimbursements,
- Administration and submission of monthly/annual employees’ tax returns including tax clearance for departing foreign employees.
- Administration and submission of monthly/annual statutory submissions.
- Manage submission for government claims submissions pertaining to employees.
HR Support Service
- Provide general advisory services on Malaysia employment laws, local HR practices, typical compensation, and benefits of employment.
- Advisory on local and foreign manpower hiring strategies and quota including application, renewal and termination of employment and work passes of your foreign staff including expats.
- Review/Advise Options for Benefits Management
- Advisory and Assistance in preparing the employment contracts for new hires, promotion, and termination/dismissal letters for departing employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ Human Resource operations experience with at least 3 years of experience processing full payroll cycles
- Knowledge of HRMS System such as BIPO, Prosoft, TimesPay, Flex HR
- Work remotely from home – 5 days a week from 9am to 6pm including 1 hr lunch break
- Well verse with mandatory Payroll Regulations
- Proficiency in English
