Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
- Ensure Employee arrive on time.
- Oversee daily housekeeping tasks by employee
- Inventory Management:
- Verify and finalize stock counts conducted by employee
- Submit a completed stock report to the checker after verification.
- Sales & Profitability:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all assigned outlets.
- Set individual outlet sales targets and gross profit margins.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and upsell services.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor outlet supervisors, technicians, and cashier/admins.
- Motivate and coach the team to achieve individual and outlet performance goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with low employee turnover.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
- Operations & Inventory Management:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-effective ordering procedures.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address any concerns promptly.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by implementing effective communication and service protocols.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets across all outlets.
- Gross profit margin for the area.
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
- Employee turnover rate.
- Time to hire for open positions.
- Sales growth compared to previous periods.
- Number of new customer acquisitions.
