Finance Executive (FMCG)

Responsibilities

Monthly

  • Handling the accounting book for 5 companies. (manufacturing accounts)
  • Bank Reconciliation for companies.
  • Prepare MR pack including Cognos system updates for companies. 
  • Updates FOREX revaluation for companies. 
  • Balance sheet review including accruals schedules.
  • Prepare OPEX analysis and liaise with respective departments.
  • Preparing MFRS16 Lease listing and computation.

Quarterly 

  • Prepare FAP pack including Cognos system updates for 5 companies. 
  • Prepare RRPT schedule and inter/intra companies reconciliation.
  • Prepare annual statutory account and audit schedules for Group Finance and auditors.
  • Prepare and analyze tax analysis report. (Liaise with respective departments to obtain information required by Tax department.)

Yearly

  • Prepare annual statutory account and audit schedules for Group Finance and auditors.
  • Prepare and analyze tax analysis report. (Liaise with respective departments to obtain information required by Tax department.)
  • Prepare CBCR schedule for tax submission.
  • Prepare and submit International Trade in Services Survey.

Ad hoc

  • Assist in Chart of Account maintenance for Group companies.
  • Provide accounting feedback on the day-to-day queries in operations.
  • To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc requests as when assigned by the management.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent professional certificate.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Finance/Accounting environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP system, accounting/finance reporting and of local tax legislation will be advantages.
  • Strong with figures, have good Analytical Skills and willing to learn and is a great team player.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • PC knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) application.
  • Able to work in high workload environment and is well organized with good prioritizing skills.
