Job Scope
- Handle Inbound call for customer inquiries.
- Assist customer in trouble shooting the sim card problem & related devices.
- cross-selling when the customer asks on products or promotion package.
24/7 hour rotational shift
5 days work 2 days off
9 hours shift 1 hour break (included)
