Operational
- Manage Quotes: Request, present, and get approval for spot quotes; inform operations of accepted quotes.
- Coordinate Shipments: Record booking details and notify branches for processing.
- Handle Special Requests: Quickly respond to urgent shipment needs.
- Track Shipments: Monitor and update clients on shipment status.
- Prepare Reports: Create and share regular client reports.
- Enter Data: Input information accurately into client systems.
- Monitor Services: Check service performance including Hellogic transmissions, resolve issues, and inform clients.
- Resolve Billing Issues: Ensure clients receive correct invoices promptly.
Client Relationship
- Develop Clients: Identify and grow new client relationships.
- Maintain Relationships: Build and sustain effective client connections.
- Understand Clients: Learn key contacts and specific needs of assigned clients.
- Ensure Satisfaction: Work with clients and teams to maintain service satisfaction.
Other Duties
- Training: Attend training sessions or conferences as directed.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or a similar field.
- Skilled in monitoring shipments, providing client updates, and completing regular reports.
- Ability to work with clients, operations, and sales to maintain client satisfaction and manage services.
