- Achieve sales targets and KPIs in your territory.
- Implement and manage new sales stations and recruitment processes.
- Monitor competitor activities and protect market share.
- Ensure customer payments are within agreed targets (DSO).
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve invoice or payment issues.
- Support station operators in achieving sales targets.
- Work with the Demand and Supply Planner to forecast key products and avoid stock issues.
- Conduct equipment checks and minor technical troubleshooting during customer visits.
- Execute SOPs and conduct operational processes, including morning baking at customer locations.
- Perform Freshability audits during station visits.
- Daily responsibilities include visiting customers at their premises
Qualification
- Proven experience in HORECA sales or the Food Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in sales of Bakery Products or Frozen Food Products is a plus.
