Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years accounts payable experience
- Previous experience using ERP system
- Demonstrated ability to drive change through process improvement
- Experience in Other Admin type roles; with high volume transactions
- Flexibility to do more than AP (Be able to work with business as it evolves to help manage different Receivable, types including Accounts Receivable, and administrative tasks)
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in the Retail industry
- Experience in MS AX and D 365 environments
- Experience in Concur
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Lease administration
What will you do?
Main Duties:
- Contributing to technical development and training of finance team members
- Process Invoices daily, including working with other stakeholders to verify any errors
- Post the invoices accurately in system
- Working with supplier and sourcing teams to ensure stock is invoiced at correct prices in AP sub-ledger.
- Matching prepayments to invoices before end of month.
- Completing monthly creditor reconciliations for all suppliers including commentary for all reconciling items.
- Performing general administrative and behavioral tasks as required.
Beyond Accounts Payables:
Help work thru administration / management of different types of transactions including:
- Accounts receivable / Credit & Debt Management
- Financing Partners transactions (Afterpay, Zip, Latitude)
- Supplier Reconciliation
- Lease administration
- Customer and Supplier refunds
