We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Agile Delivery Studio. In this role, you will enable our development teams to work effectively with clients, fostering a collaborative environment that focuses on delivering high-value solutions. As a servant leader, you will facilitate processes, support continuous improvement, and partner with technical leaders to enhance Agile Pods maturity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional Agile Pods to achieve service delivery goals.
- Manage medium-complexity projects autonomously, with the ability to handle high-complexity projects with coaching.
- Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to discuss project status and gather feedback.
- Participate in proactive proposals and farming activities with clients to identify new opportunities.
- Utilize advanced Agile methodologies to create project plans, manage risks, and track delivery metrics.
