Seeking a suitably qualified and reliable Administrative Assistant (Exploration) for a Fixed Term employment of 6 months to support and assist in the Exploration and Community Relations activities and initiatives. The role will also provide assistance and other related services to the exploration team as required. The role will report to the Manager – Exploration.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Adherence to safety protocols
- Ensure all exploration and community relation data, reports, and files are accurately updated, monitored, and saved for future reference
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are organized, up-to-date, and easily retrievable
- Assist in the preparation of the venue during community consultations/meetings
- Take down notes and prepare minutes of meetings during community consultations
- Assist in all admin-related work
