Investor Solutions
The creation of Asset Owner Solutions stems from many years of servicing multi-asset, fund-of-fund clients. Clients have been requesting solutions that provide full transparency on their portfolios which include fundamentally private equity funds as well as equities & bonds, investors need to know the finer details of their total portfolios and they are required to “drill down” into their underlying assets and sub-portfolios. Technology and data solutions are becoming more important to deliver these services.
Job Summary
- Periodic preparation and delivery of pre-agreed reporting for various clients’ portfolios
- ETL – Extract data from PDF documents, web forms, and Excel templates; Transform into applicable format; and Load into relevant data repository
- Provision of initial observations to clients
- Data report provision and review to third parties as per client requirements
- Provision of ad-hoc analysis or reports
- Handle resolution of queries and communication with clients and third parties
- Assist in the implementation of change requests including project work in new client onboardings
- Design and review reporting output and deliverables to meet client requirements and new business objectives
- Participate in workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients and take action with the wider team on achieving targets
- Continuous review of the processes and procedures within AOS, take initiatives to improve the control environment of reporting output and deliverables to clients and identify ways to improve the efficiency of AOS
- Play an integral role in the development and implementation of new data-focused solutions
- Document project tasks and group work, assign these to relevant parties and track progress
- Liaise with AOS colleagues, attending conference calls and advising on any additional project work or improvement activities
- Drive projects focused on automation/improvement of manual data extraction activities
- Conduct a first-pass review of work done by Data Analyst colleagues
- Assist the Data Manager in workload management, resource planning, and induction of new joiners
