Position: Event Executive Intern
Location: KL ECO CITY
Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities
As an Event Executive Intern, you will:
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of corporate and public events.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Help with logistics, including setting up event spaces, managing equipment, and ensuring all materials are ready for the event.
- Manage event registration, handle guest inquiries, and provide support during the event.
- Research and propose creative ideas for event themes, activities, and entertainment.
- Assist in creating event marketing materials, including invitations, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Provide post-event reports, feedback, and analysis to measure event success.
- Support the team in administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Passionate about event planning with a creative mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Prior experience in event planning or volunteering is a plus but not required.
