What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience including progressive work experience in the areas of talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Experience with online networking tools, such as LinkedIn and experience conducting searches on recruitment databases and ability to identify and access new professional networks required.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices for recruitment and hiring.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) required.
What will you do?
- Manage the recruitment process for open positions, including requisition management, candidate selection, reference checks, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Conduct strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure high-quality recruitment and onboarding processes while training hiring managers on best practices.
- Review applications and assess candidate qualifications based on project requirements.
- Conduct prescreening interviews to recommend qualified and diverse candidates.
- Collect personnel documentation and negotiate compensation packages.
- Provide regular status reports to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
- Supervise and mentor the recruitment team.
- Manage and develop recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems.
- Create recruitment protocols, train staff, and streamline processes.
- Assess recruitment and onboarding effectiveness, utilizing data for continuous improvement.
- Utilize innovative recruiting techniques to source diverse talent.
- Create user-friendly recruitment templates and improve recruitment processes.
- Promote the company’s recruitment brand at job fairs and networking events.
