About the Role:

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by coordinating the schedules of the team members. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for residential and business locations to check and/or install Fire Safety Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Create and manage schedules for team members, ensuring optimal utilization of their time and resources.
  • Route Planning: Plan efficient routes for team members based on their locations and appointments, minimizing travel time.
  • Appointment Coordination: Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments, address inquiries, and provide updates.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of appointments, schedules, and customer information.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software (Uptick preferred, but not required)
  • Familiarity with Melbourne geography or the ability to navigate maps effectively
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
