We are looking for a Team Lead, Commercial who is able to lead the team by coordinating, provides guidance and to team
members. The Team Lead, Commercial is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the team, identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data and gathers information to solve problems that are escalated from team members.
Tasked with the care of a portfolio of partner accounts, you will be expected to:
● Supports team through lead assignment according to predetermined priorities
● Track team productivity and provide periodic updates to the Assistant Manager, Commercial
● Monitor team attendance/tardiness/unscheduled leaves
● Mentor the team through daily support and monitoring when required
● Analyze call recordings to validate adherence to guideline/SOP, as when needed to support QA
● Create Monthly Rooster shift for VAM
● Create 'Absent' on Roster for VAM
● New Joiner Onboarding Arrangement - Request Access/Hardware (when required)
● Basic report preparation
● Sales Case Management - Ensure tagged cases are resolved within guideline/ SLA
