Responsibilities:
- Reply enquiries / leads from social media, WhatsApp, email and closing the deals by providing quality and professional services
- Dealing with customer concerns, through email, WhatsApp, phone
- Fully understand the product and can serves as product specialist
- Develop relationships with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Recording customer feedback
- Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries
- To handle existing accounts for daily / weekly / monthly repeat sales orders.
- To develop new potential customer / dealer.
- To act as supporting role, to assist company achieve monthly sales target.
- Perform other sales tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirement:
- Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required.
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa is required.
- Good Interaction & Communication Skills
- Independent, self- discipline and motivated
- Positive mindset
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Business/Science related.
- Travel is not necessary for this sales position; it will be based in office.
- Cold calling is not required.
- Direct face-to-face interaction with customers is not needed.
