- Answers incoming phone calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Responds to customer’s email inquiries in a timely manner
- Process orders, forms, warranty and claims
- Provides product and service information to customers
- Manages and updates customer databases
- Data processing and maintaining accurate Customer and Material Master Data
- Research required information using available resources
- Manages and resolve customer complaints
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Administrative and Ad hoc tasks (e.g., marketing related, update master data such as credit limit, customer information through raising Workon etc.)
