What you'll be doing
- Handle overseas shipments
- Provide clerical and administrative support functions to sales teams
- Process customer orders
- Follow up on the delivery status of orders
- Prepare quotation, delivery order, and Tax invoice
- To maintain a systematic filling procedure
- Responsible for the monitoring of daily sales administration and operational functions
What we're looking for
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma
- Preferably with min. 1 year of working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training is provided
- Preferably language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate: MS Office
