The role of Business Support Manager will support day-to-day operations of the office and will directly support the leadership team in managing administrative and operational tasks. This role will involve managing office operations, assisting in staff utilization monitoring, handling, and managing invoicing of project managers of their respective projects, and providing logistical support for meetings and town halls.
- Provide administration and clerical support to the team
- Support, coordinate, develop and deliver complex documentation (Reports, Bids, Technical Summaries, Minutes, Registers, CAPEX, travel management etc).
- Manage and maintain documentation templates.
