Duties & Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular audits of the production process and work closely with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve any issues.
- Monitor product consistency and work on troubleshooting any deviations in quality or process.
- Provide technical support and product training to customers, distributors, and sales teams to ensure a clear understanding of product features and benefits.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding product performance, quality, or usage, and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Develop and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to both internal teams and external clients.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement or new product development.
- Prepare detailed reports on product performance, including sales figures, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
- Support the sales team with data-driven insights to enhance product positioning and market penetration.
- Stay informed about new ingredients, technologies, and manufacturing processes that could enhance product quality or reduce costs.
- Provide technical input on packaging, labeling, and product specifications to ensure they meet both company standards and customer expectations.
