Position Summary:
The Technical Sales executive is responsible for building long term relationships with assigned strategic key customers and achievement of sales target.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong key customer relationships thru effective management of their needs and demands aligned with company policies.
2) Attend regular sales meeting, company activities and submit reports on time.
3) Submits monthly sales forecast and updates as needed.
4) Identify revenue opportunities for the clients resulting to sales growth of the company.
5) Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues and concerns in collaboration with the various departments of the company.
6) Regularly conducts studies/research to keep up to date with recent market and industry trends and competitors’ activities.
7) Regularly collects and analyzes market data and consumer behavior to understand changing needs and market trends.
8) Participates / attends and represents the company in industry events and professional organizations.
9) Collects sales based on agreed payment terms aligned with company policies.
10) Ensures achievement of monthly and annual sales target
