JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process incoming orders for customized furniture projects accurately and efficiently.
- Review order details, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Communicate with sales personnel and/or clients to clarify any discrepancies or gather additional information related to their orders to ensure order accuracy.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule and prioritize orders based on deadlines and capacity.
- Monitor order progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, including relevant documents and communication.
- Provide timely updates to sales personnel, and/or clients on the status of their orders and resolve any inquiries or concerns they may have.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a diploma or degree in in furniture design or related field.
- Ability to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using order management software and other relevant computer programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process customer orders.
- Familiarity with customized furniture manufacturing processes and materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams, including sales, production, and logistics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues or inquiries related to order processing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
