Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that health, safety and security rules are followed.
- Ensures that all team members adhere to company policies with regards to attendance, punctuality and work ethics.
- Take disciplinary action when needed and report any discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by supervisor.
- Monitoring stock supplies levels and report to the Manager for stock level issues.
- Responsible for the encoding of encoders items damaged every end of the month for their deduction.
- Responsible for pull out items of encoders on the rack for fix and reshoot.
- Follow the standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers and supervise the work of junior staff.
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills required.
- Discuss and presents information and issues to the superior.
- Presents problem analysis of operational issues to the manager and try to resolve.
- Analyze data for the future needs when it comes to the missing items.
- Take responsibility of checking the day to day encoded items to refill on the next day.
- Assist and ensuring that all stock checking and refilling of items are efficient.
- Consistently monitor the miss picking of items by doing a day-to-day analysis report.
- Demonstrate ability to interact well on all levels.
- Perform daily inspection in the rack/warehouse grounds.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
- Team player with organizational skills
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
- High school diploma.
