- Conducts safety inspection of the kitchen, public area, guest room, stores and preventive maintenance, breakdown repair and constructive works.
- Proposes and recommends upgrading, improvement work and energy saving projects.
- Ensures efficient engineering operation is being met, and quality standard is maintained.
