About the role:
This sales engineering role is the heartbeat of all core banking sales opportunities in Asia Pacific. Working with the one of the largest and most mature fintech companies globally, you will have unparalleled access to intelligence, people and technology to shape industry leading sales propositions across 100+ countries, specifically related to Core Banking. We are looking for an ambitious change agent, to primarily serve our growing Asia Pacific business.
About the team:
This sales engineering team manages all Core Banking opportunities across International Markets. Our mission is to take all stakeholders on a compelling and exciting journey towards new, sustainable and profitable business for FIS and the prospect.
What you will be doing:
At the forefront of positioning FIS Solutions and Services to our existing clients and new prospects by applying a consultative selling approach
At the core of shaping the overall proposition with the sales team, including liaison with finance, legal, product, delivery and support teams
Listening, diligently, to our prospects' current challenges and requirements
Translating these into solutions and building a benefits case and value proposition, by using FIS Solutions and Services during the Rfx process
Leading prospect workshops, demoing our capabilities and Proof of Concepts
Leveraging your market insights and detailed knowledge of the FIS Solutions to support product teams by providing feedback to drive the future roadmap and product strategy
Continually supporting the enhancement of our go to market propositions, to ensure we remain highly competitive
Be an authority /trusted advisor internally and externally on core banking
Building FIS brand awareness and credibility, always

What you bring:
Presence, charisma and grit; the drive to be successful
Experience working at a Consultancy firm, a Vendor (like FIS), a Bank or a Core Banking Fintech (minimum 8 years in core banking)
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with a focus on consultative value-based selling
An ability to lead conversations with internal and external senior stakeholders and drive outcomes
An ability to create various artifacts related to sales collateral with aesthetic brilliance
Pre-Sales experience in some capacity
Fluency in a local language such as Thai or Filipo and English to a good level
Core Banking domain and industry knowledge
Added bonus if you have:
Experience outside the Asia market. Whilst this role is predominantly focussed on the Asia Market there are significant opportunities across International Markets to get involved in
