- Responsible for the uniformity of pandamart’s assortment and categorization of products
- Ensure that pandamart’s assortment is healthy by identifying assortment gaps and assisting the commercial team in any assortment related task
- Assist the Shops and pandamart teams in keeping track of the various assortment KPIs and advise the best way to move forward.
- Support the team with a better understanding of the market by providing in-depth assortment analyses of our competitors
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to the assortment of Shops and pandamart
Pricing
- Support the pandamart team in setting and maintaining product prices and margins aligned with the company’s pricing strategy
- Carry out pricing A/B tests to get a better understanding the preferences of our customers
- Give the team a better understanding of the market by providing competitor benchmarks to produce more competitive pricing
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to pandamart and Shops pricing
