Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our job postings by reviewing those with low applicant rates, conducting manual sourcing, and actively engaging with candidates across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Job Postings: Analyze job postings with low applicant responses and identify areas for improvement.
- Manual Sourcing: Utilize interviews and external databases to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Cross-Platform Posting: Share job openings on collaborative platforms, social media, and other relevant channels to maximize visibility and reach.
- Candidate Engagement: Actively reach out to candidates to share job opportunities and capture their interest, providing information and answering queries to encourage applications.
- Reporting: Maintain records of outreach activities and applicant responses to optimize sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
- Familiarity with various sourcing platforms, social media, and job boards.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess job postings and applicant trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
