Under the supervision of the Country Director, the incumbent shall have strong leadership to lead the sales team to create program, manage resources and achieve the goals set for the category. He/she must possess good analytical skill on data collection, market situation and spotting emerging opportunities in the market. He/she must be able to build good rapport with the customers and provide guidance to the team in providing after sales service. He/She must have good interpersonal skills to liaise with local and regional stakeholders and organize the day to day requirements of the business according to the company’s policy and standard operating procedures.
