WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Tacloban Recruitment Manager, you will play a strategic role in Boldr’s recruitment process in Manila, Tacloban, and other provinces in the Philippines. You will take a proactive approach to sourcing and hiring the best candidates while planning, developing, and implementing an innovative talent acquisition strategy for our global company.

WHAT WILL FILL YOUR WORKDAY 

  • Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate, research, and design a consistent recruitment procedure.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs for each position, meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
  • Lead, oversee, and supervise members of the Recruitment team in the Philippines.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external recruitment agency partners.
  • Manage and maintain recruitment databases.
  • Oversee all recruitment channels (referrals, headhunters, online channels) and research and recommend new sourcing methods.
  • Plan and implement employee referral programs.
  • Support and collaborate with recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and implement procedures to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Assess the effectiveness of recruitment plans through team communication.
  • Act as the point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters.
  • Develop, design, plan, and execute employer branding activities.
  • Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates.
  • Review employment applications and background check reports.

You Will Stand Out if You Have:

  • Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Hands-on recruitment experience in numerous locations across the Philippines.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
  • Advanced skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in various sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • An aptitude for identifying candidates who are not only technically qualified but also culturally aligned.
