- Work closely with local market teams to collate information and build presentations for monthly/ quarterly reporting purposes to senior management.
- Build relationships with key regional stakeholders across finance, marketing & logistics to define and track shared OKRs and KPIs.
- Coordinate on a monthly basis with the CIO’s office on KPI and OKR reporting
- Define timelines and track progress of key initiatives across markets.
- Coordinate and communicate these milestones and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Develop and implement tools while working closely with the Business Analytics team to streamline reporting across portfolio markets
