The Website Migration Account Manager Level I will be responsible for providing exemplary personal relations and technical service to customers to ensure their satisfaction. This position will be expected to go above and beyond to not only address immediate issues for customers but to ensure customers are setup for success until the completion of their migration.
Essential Duties and Primary Accountabilities:
- Provide inbound phone support to and onboard new website migration customers
- Provide technical support to customers regarding website migrations via inbound and outbound phone calls
- Perform quality assurance testing on the functionality of migrated sites
- Install SSLs, configure firewalls, update DNS and other tasks necessary to complete website migrations
