Are you our new Process Improvement Specialist ? 

This is a permanent position, based in the DOF office in Alabang, Philippines, accountable for identifying areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, providing technical support and maintenance for business applications and developing and maintaining process documentation and monitor process compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

The Process Improvement Specialist will:

  • Conduct a thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify obstacles, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement relevant processes and technologies to optimise the organisation’s internal operations.
  • Drive the standardisation of processes across the globe to create a more effective and efficient Shared Services organisation.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand their needs.
  • Implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for systems and applications including installation, configuration, and updates.
  • Respond to and resolve users' inquiries and technical issues related to different applications.
  • Perform other duties and tasks related to process improvement as requested.

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Development, IT or Equivalent.
  • Demonstrated practical experience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Demonstrative experience with continuous improvement tools and techniques such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Experience in consultancy, developing and designing processes, flowcharts and operating procedures.
  • Experience in project management and change management.
  • Experience with the purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.
