Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experiment, Test and Innovate using upcoming marketing technology, new media channels and AI
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product, tech, and CRM teams to align marketing initiatives with
- product development and customer relationship management efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience within the Foodpanda app.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to leverage best practices and
- ensure alignment with company objectives.
Media Planning and Buying:
- Develop media plans and budgets to support marketing objectives across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and maximize ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate marketing strategies.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and drive career growth.
